This time they will be venturing into the realm of vegetables and ingredients that your mother loves to eat and cook. Mani chye, mang kuang, tapioca and sweet potato leaves are just one of the few highlight ingredients that they will elevate with their crazy ideas in a myraid of robust flavors and textures over this 6 course dinner.
