About the event
Our first guest is none other than Mark from Niang Brewery Co. We won’t just be covering the physical components, but also exploring the flavours of Southeast Asian ingredients used in making different craft beers - Saison, Pale Ale, and Sour Ale. With each session of a guided tasting, we will be pairing the beers with dishes created by our chef, Tim.
