Umami! A Sailors Grave seaside seasonal special. A Gose brewed for the Wild Seafood Festival in Mallacoota which unfortunately was postponed. Instead, we get to share it with you guys. Yay. Made with local sea urchin and foraged lemon myrtle. The sea urchin roe adds a subtle umami quality which is offset by the bright lemony finish from the lemon myrtle.
